    Can't fault the place, clean room, fresh clean towels and bedding. Staff and owners very accomodating and friendly to me and my dog. Highly recommend staying here if your in Townsville and have your pet with you

    This was ok for the spare of the moment, the owner wasn't very nice towards my pet when I phoned up after I left as I had left her water bowl behind, when speaking with the owner she said to me I didn't realize that you had a dog, I am just in town now buying spray cause you dog smells.. well I would like to tell you that whatever you wash your linen in you should try something else as that smells, the smelly thing that you had in the room that if i had found it i would have tossed it out the window, well if you didn't know I had my pet with me how can you say it smells.. well I informed her that isn't the case and felt quite alarmed by this, If people are listed on accommodation sites as pet friendly why aren't they is it to lure people in with pets. I find your attitude rude and not very pet friendly at all .. we will not be coming back and I will spread the word about your pet unfriendliness to everyone that asks me..
